At INNI, we are committed to delivering premium genuine leather products with confidence. Every eligible product is backed by our Warranty and Replacement Guarantee. Please read the following terms carefully.
72-Hour Replacement Guarantee
We provide a 72-hour replacement guarantee from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Replacement
- Product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original purchase invoice/order receipt is required.
- Replacement is applicable only for manufacturing defects.
Replacement Will Not Apply If
- The product has been used or damaged.
- Damage is caused by water, heat, salt, or mishandling.
- The product has been altered or repaired by a third party.
1-Year Warranty Policy
Every eligible INNI genuine leather product includes a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Covers
Manufacturing defects
Stitching defects
Hardware defects (zipper, buckle, button)
Authenticity Guarantee: If anyone can prove that an INNI leather product is made from artificial leather instead of genuine leather, the warranty/guarantee applies according to company policy.
Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by water, salt, heat, or direct sunlight
Cuts, scratches, burns, or misuse
Color changes caused by improper care
Accidental damage
Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty service, customers must:
- 1. Contact INNI Customer Support.
- 2. Provide the purchase invoice or order number.
- 3. Share clear photos/videos of the issue if requested.
- 4. Send the product for inspection if required.
After inspection, INNI will determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.
Important Notes
Warranty starts from the purchase date.
Proper leather care is required to keep the warranty valid.
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
INNI reserves the right to repair or replace the product depending on the issue.
